Building lighting soft light belt project should pay attention to the six elements

With the rapid development of the economy and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the urban night scene lighting profession has developed rapidly and achieved brilliant results. All over the country, efforts are being made to create a colorful “city that never sleeps.” So, in the vigorous initiative of low-carbon economy today, excessive lighting will not only bring colorful international cities, but also damage the overall beauty of the city, not only excessive waste of power resources, but also affect the success and health of people and animals.

Six elements to pay attention to in building lighting projects:
1. What effect do you want to achieve?
Buildings may have different lighting effects depending on their appearance. Maybe a more uniform feeling, maybe a fierce sense of light and dark changes, but it can be a flatter expression, it can be a more vivid expression, depending on the characteristics of the building itself.
2.Choose the right light source.

The choice of light source should consider light color, color rendering, power, life and other factors. There is an equivalent relationship between the light color and the color of the exterior wall of the building. Generally speaking, brick and sandalstone are more suitable for shining with warm light, and the light source used is a high-pressure sodium lamp or halogen lamp. White or pale marble can be illuminated with a cold white light (composite metal lamp) at a high color temperature, but high-pressure sodium lamps are also required.

3.Calculate the required lighting values.
The illumination required in the process of architectural lighting engineering mainly depends on the brightness of the surrounding environment and the color of the external wall data. The recommended illumination value applies to the main elevation (main viewing direction). Generally speaking, the illumination of the secondary facade is half that of the main facade, and the difference in light and shade between the two faces can show the three-dimensional sense of the building.

4.According to the characteristics of the building and the current situation of the building site, the most suitable lighting method is recognized in order to achieve the desired lighting effect.

5.Choose the right light.
Generally speaking, the distribution view point of the square floodlight is larger, and the view point of the circular lamp is smaller. Wide Angle light effect is uniform, but not suitable for remote projection; Narrow-angle lamps are suitable for long-range projection, but the uniformity of close range is poor. In addition to the light distribution characteristics of lamps, appearance, raw materials, dust and waterproof rating (IP rating) are also necessary factors to consider.

6.The device is adjusted onsite.

Field adjustment is definitely necessary. The projection direction of each lamp planned by the computer is only used as a reference, and the illumination value calculated by the computer is only a reference value. Therefore, after the completion of each lighting project equipment, the on-site adjustment should actually be based on what people see.
